Hi, I'm İlay — Integrative Wellness Practitioner & Founder of Polat Wellness Studio.

 

I help women regulate stress, understand emotional eating, rebuild daily structure, and reconnect with their bodies in a gentle, science-informed way.

 

My Story

When I moved back to the U.S. from Turkey, I experienced a quiet, heavy kind of overwhelm, the kind you can’t put into words.

Exhausted nervous system.
Chaotic routines.
Emotional eating patterns that made sense but didn’t feel good.
Trying to carry too much alone.

That period shaped everything I do today.

Polat Wellness Studio was created for women who feel the same. Those who are strong, sensitive, deep, and navigating life transitions, stress, emotional patterns, or identity shifts often without support.
