What’s included: • Weekly 1:1 sessions • Tue–Fri micro-coaching • Somatic + nourishment + structure alignment • Personalized blueprint The 6-Week Alignment Program is a deep, somatic-informed coaching journey designed to help you transform emotional eating patterns, stabilize your nervous system, rebuild predictable daily rhythms, and create an aligned mind–body lifestyle you can maintain long-term. This program integrates four core layers, state, structure, nourishment, and emotion, into one clear and supportive framework. Over six weeks, you’ll receive weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes), where we explore what’s driving your stress, appetite fluctuations, nighttime cycles, cravings, overwhelm, and inconsistent routines. Through a grounded, trauma-aware lens, we identify the patterns underneath “I know what to do, but I can’t stay consistent,” and gently repattern them using somatic practices, behavior science, structure work, and nourishment rhythm alignment. Between sessions, you receive light, structured support every Tuesday and Friday. These brief check-ins help reinforce your weekly focus, guide your next steps, and keep your system regulated without adding pressure or overwhelm. Each week includes a simple somatic cue, a structure task, and a nourishment stabilizer, designed to create steady, sustainable change rather than intensity or perfectionism.
