What’s included: • Day 1 mapping call (30 min) • 3 Anchor Plan • 1 nervous system tool • Daily check-ins (6 days) • End-of-week reflection The 7-Day Reset is a gentle, structured week designed to stabilize your nervous system, soften emotional eating patterns, and bring predictability back into your days. It begins with Mapping Session where we identify what feels most dysregulated right now, your stress baseline, appetite rhythm, daily chaos points, and the primary area creating instability (state, structure, or nourishment). From this clarity, you receive a simple 3-Anchor Plan: one morning anchor, one evening anchor, and one nourishment anchor, plus a short somatic tool you’ll use throughout the week to ease overwhelm and support regulation. For the next six days, you receive grounded, low-overwhelm support. You send one brief daily reflection, and receive one structured, calming response that reinforces your anchors and guides your next step. This gentle micro-consistency approach helps reduce emotional eating triggers, stabilize nighttime patterns, bring more predictability into mornings and evenings, and create a steadier relationship with stress, appetite, and energy.
