In this 90-minute online session, we gently map what feels dysregulated right now, your nervous system baseline, appetite rhythm, AM/PM structure, and emotional patterns, so you can see the real source of your imbalance with compassion, not pressure. Through a simple, somatic-informed process, you’ll reconnect with your body, identify what’s driving fatigue or inconsistency, and gain a grounded understanding of what your system truly needs. We explore your stress–appetite connection, nighttime eating cycles, morning/evening collapse points, craving patterns, and daily decision fatigue without judgment, and without restrictive approaches. By the end of the session, you’ll receive a personalized 2-Week Alignment Plan that includes one morning anchor, one evening anchor, a gentle nourishment rhythm, one somatic regulation tool, and a clear recommended next step.
