My journey in health and wellness began with a solid educational foundation in Nutrition and Dietetics, earning both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from renowned universities in Istanbul, Turkiye. For over a decade, I successfully ran my private practice in Istanbul, where I worked as a dietitian. My practice was deeply rooted in a European approach, focusing on personalized, evidence-based nutrition that addresses each individual's unique needs.
After years of practicing in Turkiye, including a notable role as a dietitian with Nestlé, I decided to bring my expertise to the United States. I have expanded my focus to include holistic and integrative health practices, merging the best of Eastern and Western medicine. This unique approach allows me to address the root causes of health concerns, helping my clients achieve sustainable, long-term wellness.

My journey into health and wellness began at Halic University in Istanbul, where I pursued my Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

The quest for deeper knowledge led me to Okan University, where I completed my Master's Degree, further cementing my commitment to understanding the complex relationship between diet, health, and lifestyle.
